Detha Sanders is overall project manager for the Mobile Bristol suite of projects. Since joining the University of Bristol in 1999, she has managed a portfolio of research projects for the Department of Computer Science. Working largely with the Creative Technologies Centre and Digital Media group, she has also managed a number of film/media industry projects, specifically:

  • The Bristol Creative Technologies Network, an experimental broadband network within the media industry
  • BMEX (Broadband Media Exchange) which is the commercial successor to the Bristol Creative Technologies Network
  • AutoArch: Automated analysis for the indexing, archiving and editing of film content
  • PVAMoCo: Pre-visualisation and Motion Control for automated camera rigs

Prior to joining the University, Detha gained a wide range of project management and strategic planning experience in both the Police and Prison Services.
